Standard Features:

  • 27 ft boom retracted to 70-ft extended 3-section Proportionally Extendable Boom with a maximum sheave height of 80-ft
  • 120 ft. Maximum tip height with Optional Extendable Jib.
  • Quick Reeve Boom Head for multi-part line rigging without the removal of the cable wedge socket and clamps needed. The head is equipped with one upper idler sheave and two lower sheaves (as standard) that allows for three and four part line operation.
  • Burst of Speed planetary winch with 12,700-lb. bare drum pull and 9,600-lb. single line pull.
  • Radio Anti-2-Block system with display and over-ride switch is located on the driver's side of the control console.
  • Hydraulic Capacity Overload System for main boom and jib capacities that comply with the latest ANSI B30.5 specifications.
  • Hydraulic 3-section gear pump directly mounted to the power take-off, on a manually shifted truck transmissions. The pump provides 39 GPM to the winch, 24 GPM to main crane functions and 9 GPM to the swing or rotation circuit. Extensive use of O-ring face seal hydraulic fittings.
  • The control console will be equipped on both sides with and engine start/stop switch & independently controlled outrigger and stabilizer levers that provides precise leveling. The levers for the outriggers and stabilizers are offset and shorter than the main crane control levers for added safety. Each side includes a bubble level gauge, signal horn button, variable speed foot throttle, lifting capacity chart, range diagram chart and boom angle indicator. A system pressure gauge is located on the driver's side console only.
  • 20'-10" spread "A" frame link type wide span outriggers at the pedestal.
  • 10'-4" spread rear stabilizers with a fixed pad with leading edges flared. Stabilizers are clamp mounted to the crane sub-frame and the truck frame just behind the truck's rear axle.
  • A full-length 4-plate sub-frame for a 20-ft. body that will bolt to the truck frame under the pedestal with grade 8 hardware. The bolting of the sub-frame provides a rigid mounting for the crane. Mounting on a minimum 33,000-lb. GVWR truck chassis.
  • All load-holding hydraulic cylinders are equipped with integral load holding valves.
  • 12-volt direct current electrical system. All electrical circuits enclosed inside the pedestal for increased protection. In-line fuse will be supplied.
  • Additional operator amenities include console mounted cup holders and cell phone-charging port.
  • All design will conform to ANSI B30.5. Welding conforms to AWS D1.1. All testing will conform to SAE 1063 & SAE 765 specifications.
  • Back-up alarms will be supplied on all factory-mounted cranes - electronic audible motion alarm when the truck transmission is in reverse gear.
  • 12-month parts and labor warranty and 5 year limited structural warranty.
