  1. Built-in Skylight
    This translucent fiberglass skylight is actually an integral part of the Aerocell body shell. Only the exterior finish has been changed to allow light through. The result is a dry, well lit body interior where it is safe to work
  2. Roof Fairing
    This is a computer generated surface which integrates the cab windshield and the body roof both aerodynamically and visually. It looks great, and will also directly help your bottom line by saving fuel, Further advantages to the faired surface on the Aerocell are much lower wind noise and increased stability on the highway. Also, the roof fairing creates an area inside the body that may be used for storage or, as an option for allowing a walk in cab.
  3. Body/Cab Joint
    The bottom edge of the roof fairing slips neatly under the windshield gasket to complete the body/cab integration
  4. Finished Cab Interior
    The 'set back' area behind the cab seats is finished to factory standards, completing the pleasant interior
  5. Bottom Fairing
    A computer generated surface which sweeps smoothly out from the cab to the body width and then around the rear wheels. Like the roof fairing, it looks great and saves you fuel dollars
  6. Side Fairing
    This surface makes the transition from the back of the
    cab to the sidewall of the body. It is swept back to lower
    drag and wind noise
  7. Rub Rail
    The Aerocell's rub rail is an aluminum extrusion with a
    PVC cover strip for its fasteners. It is tough and
    aerodynamically clean, providing extra protection where
    it's needed
  8. One piece Fiberglass Skin
    The entire outside skin of the Aerocell is made up of a
    single fiberglass molding. It is over five times tougher
    than 0.40" aluminum and has no seams, no rivets, no
    caulking and no leaks - perfect for your company
    graphics an easy to repair. On the inside the
    fiberglass has better puncture resistance that 1/2"
    plywood
  9. Tough Floor
     The standard floor for the Aerocell is 1" tongue and
    groove plywood. Many other types of floor are available
  10. Steel Reinforcing Hoops
    The Aerocell has special 18 gauge galvanized steel reinforcing hoops on 24" centers
  11. Slat Construction
    The Aerocell has four rows of slats as standard. This is by far the best cargo control system available for a cutaway body because it is so versatile . Experienced large fleet operators say 'you can never put D-rings in the right place'. other linings and load control systems are available
  12. Weatherproof Wiring System
    All of the Aerocell's wiring is run in conduit inside the body where it is protected from ice, salt, and corrosion. In addition, all lights are sealed and shockproof and all critical connections are made with AMP automotive connectors
